Liz has 15 years experience working within the private service industry sector, providing training, guidance and support to CEO's, Team Leaders and their teams. She helps leaders how to apply good practise, to achieve practical actions and effective results.​

Liz focuses on team dynamics, conflict in the workplace and building effective 

communication skills. Her bespoke intervention programmes, courses and workshops cover subjects such as inclusivity, feedback, diversity, (including neurodiversity), managing difficult conversations, menopause awareness

and mental health.

As a hugely experienced trainer and teacher, Liz brings a lively and positive approach to her engagements. She is passionate about the power of active, structured interventions to resolve and maximise working partnerships.

1 : 1 Identify Focus

In this opening session, leaders are able to confidentially discuss their areas for development and causes for concern to plan the steps ahead.

Team Training

Tailored to your business, these training sessions and interactive workshops, designed in line with planned steps. This will typically allow small groups to talk around subjects, ask questions and explore their views.

Training Into Practise

Now we address how to adapt and adopt working practises: developing policies, adapting working practises, self/ leader led challenges or targets for the team, changing boundaries or implementing workplace adjustments.

On Track

At agreed intervals, we stop to view our trail, measure results and check our route map. At this point we may need to refresh or advance training, or turn to other to other issues.
